Great care is taken to NOT apply heat during any stage of extraction ,
filtering or bottling. There is no mixing of batches of honey and the Apiary and Extraction Workshop/Storage area is completely Chemical Free.

This special honey is made by hand, in small batches, and is
full of the live components natural raw honey contains. The honey is gravity filtered cold through light fabric filters. Steam and boiling water are used to clean the equipment.
